Kristina D’Angelo
Founder
Kristina D’Angelo is the founder of MKMS Marketing, a boutique, Los Angeles–based marketing agency she launched in 2023 after more than 15 years of experience in brand strategy, storytelling, and marketing for small businesses and mission-driven organizations. Kristina is known for bringing clarity to complex ideas, blending big-brand experience with hands-on execution to help growing teams cut through the noise and drive meaningful growth. Her work spans small businesses, nonprofits, camps, and youth-serving organizations, with a focus on strategic partnerships, communications, and campaigns that create real impact. Outside of work, she’s likely juggling life with her twins, catching up on Deux Moi, or blasting *NSYNC at full volume.

Kristine Eckert
Manager, Strategic Partnerships & External Relations
With a background in storytelling and over a decade of experience in entertainment and brand facing work, Kristine leads strategic partnerships and external relationships at MKMS Marketing. She works closely with clients to build meaningful collaborations, manage sponsorships, and develop outreach strategies that expand visibility, strengthen community connections, and support long term growth. Drawing on her experience as a writer and producer for unscripted television across networks including HBO, HGTV, TLC, Travel Channel, and Animal Planet, Kristine brings a narrative driven approach to relationship building, helping brands articulate who they are, why they matter, and how to show up authentically in the world. When she’s not working, Kristine can be found juggling her twins’ active social calendar, playing pickleball, and imagining romantic plot twists for her next feature script, proof that storytelling is not just her background it is her instinct.

Rebeka Schroer
Manager, Partnerships
With over 8 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, and content development, Rebeka brings a strong background in entertainment and lifestyle campaigns. She has worked with studios, networks, and brands to develop integrated marketing campaigns through storytelling, social media, and experiential marketing. Rebeka is known for building collaborative partnerships and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives that connect brands with audiences in meaningful, measurable ways. In her spare time, Rebeka enjoys hiking local trails, trying out new recipes, training her new puppy, and taking fun day trips around Southern California with friends and family.

Ana Sierra
Manager, Digital Strategy
Raised in Texas, Ana brings over four years of experience shaped by work across freelance, in-house, and agency environments. Her background spans hospitality, CPG, food and beverage, retail, entertainment, and nonprofit organizations, where she’s helped brands find clarity, consistency, and momentum in their digital presence. She’s known for bridging creative ideas with clear strategy—leading creative with intention, building streamlined systems, and making sure the work not only looks good but actually works. Outside of work, Ana enjoys planning her next adventure from her base in Barcelona, rolling out her yoga mat, catching a jam session, or reading the latest book-to-movie adaptation.

Emily Wattez
Manager, Communications & Events
With nearly two decades of experience spanning event planning and logistics, nonprofit development, and creative storytelling, Emily brings calm, structure, and momentum to fast-moving projects. She pairs a steady, solutions-first approach with strategic messaging and hands-on production to help mission-driven teams show up consistently and connect with the right audiences. Her work includes campaign communications, partnership support, content creation, and end-to-end event execution for schools, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations—always with an eye toward clarity, craft, and real-world impact. Outside of work, she’s usually managing her three kids, chasing a good idea for a novel, or mapping out the next beautifully organized plan.
